The short version
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no cookies. Nothing is stored about you unless you fill in the contact form and press send.
What the contact form collects
If you send a project request, the form submits exactly the fields you filled in:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you entered one
- The budget range you selected
- Whatever you wrote in the project details box
Where it goes
The form posts to Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which forwards the submission to my email inbox and does not keep it afterwards. Web3Forms is operated outside the UK and EU, so a submission from those regions is transferred internationally at the point you press send.
From there it sits in my email like any other message. I use it to reply to you and to keep track of the work if we go ahead. It is never sold, published, or passed to anyone else.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. If we work together, I keep the correspondence for as long as I need it for the project and for tax records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — and I will, without asking why. If you would rather not use the form at all, email me directly or message me on Instagram; both reach me the same way.
Questions about any of this, or a deletion request, go to [email protected].
